Community Business Grants

We are proud to offer not for profit organisations across Australia the opportunity to apply for one of our Community Business Grants.

These grants help fulfil our purpose to build the capacity and sustainability of our fellow not for profits; working with over 650 not for profit organisations across Australia, we see various trends and needs within the sector and the communities it serves. Each of our grant rounds offer targeted solutions to support these common sector themes.

Past grant rounds have included:

  • ResilientMind Program – productive work practices, wellbeing and resilience for managers
  • Financial budget development
  • Financial health check and analysis
  • Finance for non-financial managers – an eight-part finance education program

We partnered with Pro Bono Australia to produce Healthcare for the Future. CBB’s free NDIS Success program equipped participating individuals and organisations with the tools and resources required to expand their service offering or adapt and scale current services.

The content is ideal for organisations just starting out and those already operating; there are even two webinars on Governance, providing a professional development opportunity for your board members.

ILC Ready

CBB’s ILC Ready program supported organisations to develop fundable project proposals for the Australian Federal Government’s Information, Linkages and Capacity Building grant program.

ILC Ready includes webinars that are useful for organisations of all types and sizes (and you don’t have to be an NDIS provider to benefit). You’ll also find a range of resources – engagement tools, research tools, relevant articles, case studies, and useful websites.
