At CBB, we cannot deliver innovation or service excellence without the hard work and dedication of our employees.

As such, we recognise the contribution of our staff on a monthly basis with two awards:

Employee of the month and Team of the month

Have you received great service from a CBB staff member? Were you impressed by several members of the same team?
Show your appreciation by nominating a CBB employee or team for an award, please complete the form below. Monthly winners are shortlisted for the annual CBB Executive Leadership Team award, which is presented to one staff member at a special event towards the end of the calendar year.

Service Excellence Award Nomination Form

Please use the below form to nominate for the Employee of the month or Team of the month award.

What did the individual or team do; how did they do it; what was the outcome; and how does this relate to the criteria for the award.

Employee of the month award

To recognise excellence and innovation in the delivery of services by CBB employees.

Nominations can be lodged by any employee, client, or customer of CBB. Self-nominations will also be accepted.

Nominations must be submitted using the above Service Excellence Award Nomination form. In no more than 1,250 characters, please include a summary of why you are nominating the employee, addressing the following points:

Nominations will be open from the 1st of each month and will close on the 15th of each month.

An individual can nominate more than one person for an award.

Individuals can be re-nominated in subsequent months regardless of whether their previous nomination was successful.

Assessment of the nominations will be conducted by a selection panel comprised of CBB’s Executive Leadership Team. A client, customer or strategic partner of CBB may also be asked by the CEO to join the selection panel.

The selection panel will meet as soon as possible following the close of nominations each month.

The selection panel will attempt to make its decisions by consensus rather than by majority vote.

The selection panel decision is final.

Each month, the award will be presented to the successful nominee on the last Friday of the month.

The winners will also be acknowledged in CBB’s annual report.
