For over 12 years, Michael has represented CBB on a national scale as the State Relationship Manager for the Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania. His role involves supporting organisations to access the benefits of salary packaging, and he works hard to ensure the needs of our clients are met to the highest standard.
Before joining CBB, Michael worked in the Credit Union industry for 12 years, where he developed an appreciation for the role that organisations can play in supporting everyday Australians to maximise their finances. Michael holds an Associate Diploma in Business Management, equipping him with the skills to work with client organisations to understand the operational impacts of salary packaging.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys running and is enthusiastic about fitness and wellbeing. This is why his favourite part of the job is supporting the not for profit sector to increase their consistency of care through salary packaging, contributing to positive social outcomes for the communities they serve.
