Since joining CBB in 2005 as the South Australian State Relationship Manager, Mark has built strong relationships with not for profits all over SA. On a typical day, Mark supports organisations and their staff to maximise the benefits of salary packaging and access their full entitlements. Mark enjoys working with the highly regarded and respected professional team at CBB, where everyone works together to deliver a holistic, accessible service.
With over 40 years’ experience in the sales and service industry, Mark is highly proficient in customer service. His favourite part of the job is showing a new customer their tailored packaging analysis, which shows them a 10-15% increase to their pay.
Mark’s passion for community impact extends beyond his work at CBB. In his spare time, he manages “Rosetta Street Greening”, a community volunteer group with over 200 members. The group meet monthly to assist in the maintenance and development of West Croydon Train Station’s gardens and council surrounds. Rosetta Street Greening has been active in the community for the past 5 years, winning numerous Council awards and receiving a segment on ABC’s Gardening Australia.
