Luke brings a strong commitment and real passion for the not-for-profit sector, having spent a number of years with a large humanitarian organisation that works across a number of industries within the not-for-profit world. His reason for joining CBB was simple – he knows the amazing work that goes on in our sector, and he wanted to support his colleagues who don’t always get the reward and recognition for the amazing work that they do, but through CBB’s salary packaging offerings, he is now able to give back to those who truly deserve it.
Prior to joining the not-for-profit sector, Luke spent over 10 years in large corporate organisations and held a number of senior sales and leadership roles. This positions him extremely well at CBB as his role involves supporting organisations and showcasing the benefits of salary packaging, and with customer service one of his real passions, he ensures the needs of our clients are understood and met to the highest standard. Luke also holds a Bachelor of Business & Commerce, meaning he has both the experience and qualifications to support our client organisations in every facet of their salary packaging journey.
Outside of work, Luke enjoys spending time with his family, getting off the beaten track in his 4WD and is a lover of all things sport.
