Andrew joined CBB in 2017 and has spent the last couple of years as the 2IC of the customer care team before taking up the position of National Customer Care Manager.
Before joining CBB Andrew worked for one of Europe’s Largest Energy Suppliers in the UK, during the 10 years employed at the organisation, Andrew has managed multiple teams across the energy business as well as working on continuous improvement and social impact projects.
In addition to this Andrew also became a mentor for underprivileged teens through the social impact project, providing 16-year-olds with guidance, that was about to come out of the foster care program. This provided them with the right tools to embark on living on their own.
Andrew is very passionate about ensuring that his team provides the best customer service experience possible and believes it is imperative to deliver the right outcomes for our customers.
In his spare time, Andrew is a real football (Soccer) enthusiast and is an avid follower of the EPL as well as spending as many days at the beach with his family as possible.
