Paul Santinon is Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of Axiom Properties Limited, an ASX listed property development and investment company. He is responsible for the overall finance function, including taxation, treasury, management accounting, corporate accounting and planning and analysis for reporting to Board members and senior executives. He is also responsible for company secretarial services and compliance, risk and governance systems and practices across the group.
Paul has more than 16 years’ experience in finance management in Australia and overseas. Prior to joining the group he worked for French multinational company Capgemini and lead diverse finance teams in Australia and China. Paul started his professional career working in insolvency, advisory and audit disciplines within international chartered accounting firm BDO.
Paul joined the CBB Board in August 2019. In addition, he also currently serves as a Board member (since 2015) for Rose Park Community Childcare (Treasurer), an accredited community run and community owned sessional long day care centre in Rose Park.
Paul is a Certified Practicing Accountant and a fellow member of CPA Australia (FCPA), a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD), holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of South Australia and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Adelaide.
