Nives is CBB’s Projects Manager and oversees all project management activities including project planning, resource management, progress tracking, reporting, and risk management.
Managing the end to end delivery of projects keeps Nives’ role diverse, which she particularly enjoys. With process improvement at the core of her work, Nives ensures our projects are optimising the way we do business – and improving our service to client organisations and customers.
Nives is highly experienced in her field; she has over 15 years’ experience in senior operational and project management roles with a focus on IT, risk management and business continuity. She also has extensive experience in managing projects that involve multiple stakeholders and require significant change in the areas of systems and processes.
Before joining CBB, Nives spent most of her career in the lottery industry. She was involved in three lottery system replacements and one network communications replacement that impacted on over 600 lottery agencies across South Australia.
