Marlene is a subject matter expert in client insights, conducting interviews, analysis and translation of client feedback to increase client retention, identifying revenue opportunities, driving profitable growth, and enabling organisational change. She has 15 years’ experience in professional services and was previously KPMG’s National Director, Client & Market Insights.
Marlene is an experienced board member. Currently, she is Non-Executive Director of Commonwealth Games Australia and Triathlon Australia, Non-Executive Director of Workways Australia, Non-Executive Director of Peninsula Leisure, and was formerly Chair of Netball Victoria’s Governance Committee.
