From establishing Board governance frameworks through to recruiting NFP Directors and executives within the C suite, Christine brings integrity and rigor to the acquisition of your human capital. Her experience extends to assessment and evaluation of your Board governance and CEO performance.
With a strong background in organisational review and organisational change, Christine takes practical steps to facilitate strategic planning and advises in the realignment and optimisation of the organisation’s ecosystems to deliver upon your strategy through the application of the McKinsey 7S model, including structure, systems, skills, style and shared values.
Christine is an experienced board member. She is currently Director of The University of Adelaide, Business SA, Adelaide Central Market Authority, and Beerenberg, and Chair of the Matthews Hospitality Group.
