Lisa Calabrese is a Partner of Finlaysons Lawyers, practicing in its Banking and Finance and Corporate and Commercial teams. Before joining Finlaysons in 2008, Lisa worked as an accountant at a national Advisory and Restructuring firm.
Lisa has been involved in a wide range of banking, finance, insolvency and reconstruction matters, as well as complex transactional and commercial advisory matters.
Working with businesses across a broad variety of industries, Lisa has extensive corporate experience and advises her clients in relation to structuring matters, with a strong focus on establishing robust corporate governance, long-term strategic direction, strong risk management protocols and financial oversight.
Lisa is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of South Australia and the High Court of Australia, and holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and Diploma of Languages from the University of Adelaide and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Society of South Australia.
