If you require changes to be made to your regular payments, proof of debt will be required. For more information about what’s required as a proof of debt, view our brochure.

Forms can be filled out online and submitted to CBB via email to [email protected].

Some changes to your salary packaging account will require you to speak with our Customer Care Team on 1300 763 505. These include:

Applying for or cancelling cards

To apply for or cancel a CBB Salary Packaging Card or CBB Meal Entertainment and Holiday Accommodation Card.

Claiming electronic devices

To discuss Electronic Device packaging and arrange for the required forms to be emailed to you.

Leaving your employer

When you leave your organisation, it’s important to let us know so we can begin to make the necessary changes to your account. By contacting our team, we will be able to answer any questions you have, discuss your options regarding any final pays and advise you about any funds remaining in your salary packaging account/s.
