If you're a CBB customer, you'll need your NCB number (minus the hyphen). You'll find this on your statement or your Welcome to CBB email.

To download the app, search for ‘CBB Rewards Club’ in your app store. The first time you use the app, you’ll need to activate your account. Simply open the app, click ‘activate’ and enter the following information:

  • Username/Membership number: This is your six digit CBB salary packaging NCB number, minus the hyphen.
  • Password: The password you chose when you registered.
  • Then, simply follow the on-screen instructions.

Digital gift cards in an hour

Digital gift cards under $500 will normally be sent to you within an hour of purchasing. This means you can start shopping almost immediately, or forward it on to someone as a birthday, anniversary or Christmas gift.

Physical gift cards take on average 28 days, so we suggest you purchase digital gift cards where possible.

CBB Rewards Club questions

To get started, you’ll need to visit www.cbb.myrewards.com.au and register for CBB Rewards Club using your:

Username: This is your six digit CBB salary packaging NCB number, minus the hyphen (the “-” symbol). If you have more than one NCB number with us, you must use the number associated with your main salary packaging account. For example, you’ll have two NCB numbers if you have a salary packaging account and a Meal Entertainment and Holiday Accommodation Card with us. The NCB number associated with your salary packaging account will be the only number that works in this registration process. You can find your NCB number on your statements or in your Welcome to CBB email.

Password: Enter a password of your choice. Please remember to keep your password somewhere safe as you’ll need it to access the CBB Rewards Club.

To reset your password, click Forgot your password? on the login page and enter your username and email address. You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password.

The CBB Rewards Club website works best on Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. Some versions of Internet Explorer will work, however some features may be unavailable.

To change your account information, log in to your account, select My account at the top of the page and make changes as required. Once all of the changes have been made, please click submit to ensure the changes are saved.

You can opt out or unsubscribe from receiving CBB Rewards Club emails via instructions in the email or on the CBB Rewards Club website.

Every item you purchase via the CBB Rewards Club has different delivery timelines.

  • Electronic vouchers are dispatched to your nominated email address within one hour.  There is a limit of $500 of gift card purchases per customer per week to be eligible for delivery within one hour. If you purchase over $500 of gift cards, it may take up to 24 hours to process.  If you purchase over $2,000 of gift cards, it may take up to 7 days to deliver and may require additional security checks.  Sometimes, the email may go to your spam or junk folder so please check there before contacting the Rewards Club Customer Care Team. Please note: Due to some supplier restrictions, it may take longer for some electronic items to be delivered. e.g. Harvey Norman electronic gift cards may take up to 5-7 business days to be delivered. It’s important to bear this in mind before making your purchase.
  • Physical movie tickets are dispatched within 4 days of receiving your order. Please allow time for Australia Post to deliver your tickets.
  • Physical gift cards are dispatched within 7–21 business days. Please allow time for Australia Post to deliver your gift cards.
  • Promotional offers: Due to their popularity, offers purchased during promotional periods, flash sales or hot offers may take up to 28 business days to process. Please allow additional time for Australia Post to deliver your purchases.

When you make a purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your sales order number. Please allow 3-4 business days for the dispatch of your order(s).

Please note: The company that runs the CBB Rewards Club is based in Melbourne and have been impacted by that state’s lock down due to COVID-19. Currently, the turnaround time on returning phone calls is up to two (2) business days and responses to emails may take up to three (3) business days. The time frame for receiving physical gift cards has also been extended, and has been slowed by the fact that Australia Post are also experiencing delays with delivery.

The CBB Rewards Club accepts all payments via PayPal. You may choose to pay using your PayPal account, or express check out using your Visa or Mastercard.
