Rick joined the Community Business Bureau in 2016 as the National Customer Care Manager. He has previously worked in the banking industry managing branches and call centres.
Rick is passionate about customer service and understands the importance of listening to customers and delivering great customer outcomes.
Outside of work, Rick has a passion for travel and in his spare time enjoys walking and spending time with family and friends.
