Erica has significant experience in marketing, communications, reputation/crisis management, and stakeholder engagement within large national organisations including the not for profit and government sectors.
Erica brings with her a wealth of experience, having worked across Australia and UK in organisations including Health Workforce Australia, the BBC, the National Patient Safety Agency (within the NHS), St Peter’s College, the University of Adelaide, and the London Fire Brigade. She has a particular interest in transformational change, capital works and infrastructure projects, critical incident and media management, and culture change.
In additional to her role on the CBB board, Erica is also on the board of Helping Hand Aged Care and was an elected General Representative for the University of Adelaide for UniSuper. She is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has degrees in communications, journalism and marketing.
