Get access to expert advice and helpful resources by registering for CBB’s FREE NDIS Success program.

NDIS Success is a program which aims to increase the supply of NDIS services in communities, with a particular focus on regional, remote and rural communities and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. Delivered via webinars and online resources, we’ll give you all the tools and information you need for NDIS Success.

CBB will be delivering the program in two parts:

NDIS Success road map is designed to help organisations and individuals to develop a business plan for an NDIS service.

The program takes place over a 12 week period and is structured in two streams. One for managers and business owners, the other for governing bodies, such as your board or management committee. NDIS Success road map includes:

  • Online resources
    Downloadable tools, templates, information and links to online content.
  • Webinars
    A management series of six, pre-recorded webinars and a governance series of two, pre-recorded webinars will be shared across the 12 weeks. (You will receive an update when new webinars are released and you can watch these at a time that suits you.)
  • Q&A sessions
    A week after each webinar is released, an online Q&A session will be hosted by our Business Consultants to discuss the preceding webinar. You will be given the opportunity to post your questions to us in advance, and we will respond to the key issues being discussed on the NDIS Success LinkedIn forum.
  • NDIS Success LinkedIn forum
    Joining the forum will give you an opportunity to network with your peers who are also taking part in the program, ask questions, and share learnings and reflections.

After successfully completing the first part of the program, participants will have a framework for their business plan as well as templates and resources to support them in planning their NDIS service.

They will then be invited to apply for one to one support as part of NDIS Success guide:

NDIS Success guide is the second part of the NDIS Success program. Organisations will be invited to apply for one of 16 grants that will be offered across the term of the program, with each grant recipient gaining six-months of one to one support from CBB’s Business Consultants to prepare a pilot for a new NDIS service. The support will focus on assisting organisations to develop a strong proposal for a new NDIS service that they can take to market in their community.

We particularly welcome applications for one to one support from:

  • organisations operating in regional, remote and rural communities
  • Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisations
  • organisations operating in South Australia, Western Australia, the Northern Territory and Queensland

Round 2 of NDIS Success kicks off with the first webinar on Tuesday 4 August.

Places within the program are limited. To ensure your place and get the most out of the program, we recommend registering as soon as possible. By registering for the program, you will be given login access to the member’s only portal where you will find program information, links and resources to participate in NDIS Success.

This program is funded by the Australian Government Department of Social Services. CBB’s Community Development Fund is also contributing funds to the program.
