We ran a series of free workshops across South Australia in August 2019.
Full day workshops were held in:
Each workshop covered:
Designing for impact: understanding the community’s needs and how a project idea would address them. We looked at the theory of change and outcomes model for projects, and considered how it would fit with an organisation’s mission and vision and the ILC funding program.
Planning for success: converting an idea into a fundable project. We covered the areas that need to be considered when planning project, including budgeting and resources, project management and evaluation.
At the end of the workshop, participating organisations were:
better equipped to assess the suitability of their project for an ILC grant, including understanding how to develop a theory of change, and seeing the fit between the project idea and their organisation as a whole
better placed to apply for, plan and deliver an ILC funded project
