Darren Bansemer – Operations & Administration Manager

Darren joined Community Business Bureau in 2018 as the Operations & Administration Manager.

Darren previously worked in the banking industry for seventeen years. During this time he led teams in electronic banking, home ownership services and IT support.

During this period Darren coached staff to develop a growth mindset so they were able to change with customer and business needs. He travelled to Manila to mentor offshore team leaders, to set them up for success; and was recognized as the winner in his division for a ‘Thought Leadership Award’. The area that he is most proud of is the development of staff who went on to have successful careers.

Darren brings to CBB a customer-centric mindset, where he is focused on delivering great customer outcomes. He promotes a team culture that drives an environment where staff are encouraged to work together, so that they are able to meet their customer expectations.

When Darren is not working he spends time with his family, which includes their Bernese Mountain Dog and with his family and friends camping along the river Murray in his camper trailer.
