Tom spent five years working for a leading Australian-owned food company, managing their flagship San Remo brand. He was responsible for the marketing strategy, communications and advertising. Tom used his market research and analytical skills to develop new products based on market demand.
Prior to moving to Adelaide in 2010, Tom was the head of client services at a family run business. He was responsible for building and maintaining relationships with sole traders through to multinationals, including developing new processes and systems to improve their experience. Establishing a strong organisational reputation, the company attracted new customers, leading to offices opening in Australia, America and Ireland.
