Jane Arnott is responsible for CBB’s Consulting and Business Services team, ensuring that we continue to deliver high quality consulting services that meet the changing needs of the not for profit sector.
With over 20 years’ experience working in the not for profit sector in community development, policy, grant making, governance and change management, Jane has an extensive background of working in large, sector-support organisations. She has led change projects at the Big Lottery Fund, the UK’s largest distributor of lottery-funded grants, and was also head of program development, overseeing an ambitious agenda to launch 40 new funding programs. Before joining CBB, Jane worked at the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) in the UK, leading their consulting services for charities and donors. Going on to become CAF’s Director of International, Jane was responsible for providing strategic development for their offices globally, including Australia, US, Brazil, Russia, India and South Africa.
Backed by a strong belief in the social and economic value of the not for profit sector, Jane enjoys supporting organisations to develop and to effect change. This is channelled through her role in CBB and as Chair of the Social Impact Investment Network SA.
Jane moved to Adelaide in 2016, fulfilling a long-term ambition to live and work in another country. She has a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from University of Birmingham and various management qualifications. Jane is a Certified Practitioner HR (CPHR), with the Australian Human Resources Institute.
