The CBB's service and delivery of Salary Packaging services is second to none, and, to the best of our knowledge, is the only not-for-profit organisation offering these services commercially in Australia.

The service provided extends to the CBB working closely with you as an employer and your employees to ensure all are aware of the advantages and options available to them in respect to the provision of Salary Packaging arrangements.  We run extensive information sessions for your employees to explain the concept of Salary Packaging and the processes involved.

Interviews are then arranged between our Client Managers and your employees to discuss their individual needs on a one on one basis.

The employer receives a statement each month that summarises the FBT activity of each employee and this statement will highlight Reportable Fringe Benefit figures for inclusion on employee payment summaries each year.

The CBB Salary Packaging fee costed to the employer is recovered via the employee.
