03/11/2005 | CBB Satisfies the Sector - but room for improvement

Our annual Customer Satisfaction Survey has
once again been conducted with our clients and their employees and we are extremely pleased with the positive results and the number of responses received.

Receiving your feedback allows us to refine our
delivery of sevices and assists us to strategically plan how we will meet the existing and emerging needs of the community sector.

For the third year running 95% of employees
surveyed felt satisfied or extremely satisfied with the CBB's Salary Packaging services.

Since 2001 our client numbers have dramatically
increased and during this time survey responses
show that the CBB has maintained the quality
and level of service provided to our clients.

Also, for more than 72% of clients, CBB's not-forprofit
status and the moderate cost of our services is a significant factor that influenced their decision to purchase our services.

2005 Survey responses revealed that;

􀂄 96.2% of employees would recommend the CBB Salary Packaging Services

􀂄 92.2% of employees are satisfied or extremely satisfied with the overall professionalism of our staff

􀂄 93.5% of clients rated their overall satisfaction of the services purchased as being satisfied or extremely satisfied

􀂄 95.5% of clients are satisfied or extremely satisfied with the effectiveness of our service delivery

􀂄 93% of employees of our Salary Packaging clients are very happy with the service they received
