Since its inception in 1995, the CBB has grown significantly and felt that the time was right to formalise quality systems to ensure the best possible outcome for the CBB, it’s staff and clients. The Australian Business Excellence Framework (ABEF) was chosen as the vehicle that would deliver the best outcome. The ABEF process is recognised Australia wide and is accepted as one of the best quality systems available. “CBB is at present looking at everything we do with a view to making sure there is a process that ensures a quality outcome regardless of whether the job is internal or external.” commented Andy Redden, CBB Manager Systems & Product Development. Expectation is that CBB plans to be audited and accredited early in 2008. This will further increase client confidence that quality systems are in place resulting in consistency and excellence in all parts of the business. Back to news archive
