Andrew Elvin

Andrew has extensive experience in senior and chief executive roles in human service organisations delivering health services, managing aged care facilities, disability services and community development programs in both Australia and the UK. He has extensive knowledge of opportunities and challenges facing organisations delivering across a wide range of social policy areas. Andrew has substantial experience in providing consultancy work and research projects. Andrew has a first class Masters Degree in Social Policy from Middlesex University (UK) with research based component modules including Research and Evaluation Techniques and Preparing for Research. As well as a first class honours degree he has gained Diplomas in Applied Social Sciences and Politics and Government. Andrew has been a fellow of the Australian Institute of Management since 2007.
Dorothy O Brien

Dorothy has worked as an executive and senior manager in not for profit organisations for over 20 years. She has extensive experience in the human services area having worked in community services and disability sectors in both government and non-Government agencies. She has solid service delivery experience having managed a range of services in the areas of employment, allied health, accommodation, day options, training and development, case management and information services. She has also has gained extensive business acumen in overseeing a portfolio of nine social enterprises that employed people with disabilities. Dorothy holds a Bachelor of Social Work and a Graduate Diploma of Business in Health Administration as well as having a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Robert Cairney

Robert has worked as an Executive Director, Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of some of Adelaide’s largest and well known organisations.
Robert’s work has been across start-up companies, joint ventures and organisational change: board rooms and executive tables. An experienced executive Robert has a wealth of experience across the areas of finance, corporate governance, risk management, project management, information technology and human resources. An agent of change and enhancing service delivery Robert has lead change in ASC Pty Ltd, Boral, Southern Cross Care (SA) Inc. and Minda Inc. In 2010 Minda’s Finance Department was awarded second place as the CFO Magazine’s National Finance Team of the Year, reflecting the change Robert brought about in reengineering the purpose and service delivery of the department.
Martin Bolingbroke

Martin has formal qualifications and a demonstrated record of significant accomplishment as a professional human resource manager, with recent experience in working in health related areas, disability and aged care. His most recent roles have covered the Government, non-Government and not for profit sectors. Martin has substantial knowledge of industrial awards and legislation across a wide range of sectors as well as a sound understanding of contemporary human resource principles and practice.
