CBB the not4profit people is a Not for Profit organisation formed on the 1st July 1995, as a wholly independent incorporated organisation, which generates income by providing services to community sector organisations on a fee for service basis throughout Australia. We are self sufficient and do not receive government funding or grants.

Evolving from the restructuring of the Spastic Centres of South Australia, CBB is a unique organisation with a clear vision and mission to build the capacity and capability of NFP organisations. We do this by providing a range of Management, Consulting, Financial and Salary Packaging services which support the community sector to achieve it's goals.

An aspect of our uniqueness is the fact that CBB is a social enterprise operating in a commercial environment to deliver on social outcomes. We are entirely self funded, but through our growth and continued success, we continue to deliver on our vision and mission.

We are specialists in the Not for Profit sector and this gives us insight and understanding about the challenges and issues faced by NFP organisations in Australia, and, with our technical expertise, we are well placed to help and support other Not for Profit organisations.

The CBB Board is committed to an annual Community Development program to invest its expertise and funds to develop the community sector.

CBB's heart and spirit is in helping individuals and organisations who help 'those in need'.
