Bookings, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registrations must be paid prior to the event. 50% of the registration fee is refundable if notice of cancellation is received more than 5 working days prior to the event: NO REFUND is available where notice of cancellation is received less thank 5 working days prior to the event. Substitution of attendees is allowed.

Written notice is required for cancellations and substitutions. It is not possible to transfer registrations between events.
