CBB Community Consulting is located in South Australia but is influencing the not for profit sector across Australia. Consulting staff work directly with clients, irrespective of location.

How do you resource projects?

Consultants are selected based on their skills, experience and qualifications in providing services to client organisations. In-house consultants are supported by specialist external consultants where significant or very specific expertise is required to address an issue.

Consultants are provided only with the full support of the client and will embrace a project from beginning to end to ensure continuity and cost efficient and efficient outcomes are derived for a client organisation.

CBB Consulting general management consulting services are funded on a fee for service basis that are tailored to the financial position of Not for Profit organisations. Professional development programs are based on a attendance fee where as financial services are based on a contracted service fee. All fees are determined on an equitable basis, linked to the financial position of the client organisation. Generally, smaller organisations are receiving value adding services at a lower fee rate than larger organisations.

Do you and use feedback from clients to adjust its services?

At the completion of all projects and professional development programs, client organisations or workshop participants are asked to comment of n the quality, professionalism and technical competence of the services they have received. CBB Community Consulting receives the majority of this information electronically through a survey document and uses the responses to guide the direction and focus of future consulting activities. Feedback has consistently shown that the services provided, the competence of services, the professionalism of consultants and the practical application of the outcomes of the completed project have been exemplary.
