For the fourth year running, CBB Community Consulting is conducting an Executive Salary Survey with the goal of developing statistically meaningful remuneration data for the Not for Profit sector. Accurate benchmarking of salaries and knowledge of key remuneration trends are critical tools to assist with contract negotiation, workforce planning and the development of retention strategies.

The 2013 survey has now closed and the results are currently being analysed.
