CBB Consulting can develop a training program for appropriate staff and executives on the:

• Role and need for KPIs;
  
• Key characteristics of KPIs;
  
• Major KPI groups;
  
• Use of KPIs as an organisational performance tool; and
  
• Process for ensuring KPIs remain relevant.

This training would be conducted as either a half day activity where participants would be provided knowledge on how KPIs should be developed and established, OR a one day workshop. The one day workshop would embrace the half day workshop and be extended by introducing a case study where participants would undertake a process of developing relevant KPIs.
