Mentoring and Coaching

Mentoring and coaching are functions provided through CBB Consulting for either one-to-one mentoring/coaching or on a group mentoring/coaching basis.

CBB Consulting resources have significant hand on experience in providing these services. This has been achieved through leadership development and entrepreneurial (business) development activities.

Mentoring and Coaching require different techniques and different relationships. However, each requires a high level of confidentiality, honesty and trust to be built between the mentor/coach and the team or individual. Each mentoring/coaching assignment can be assessed and a professional fee determined, based on the nature and the location of the mentoring /coaching activity.
