Evaluation

The value of an evaluation process is to validate and/or verify whether the outcomes/outputs achieved were in line with expected outputs/outcomes.

There are four levels of evaluation that are deliberately focused on as part of the process applied; these being:

• Effectiveness
• Appropriateness
• Cost Effectiveness
• Efficiency

This methodology can be varied to meet the needs of the project or circumstances that require an audit process to be applied.
